- I have been a Chef in the Capital District for many years.I was the Executive Chef at Jack's Oyster House as well as the Conservatory Grille. Many of you will remember me from my many years as Innkeeper and Executive Chef at The Cambridge Hotel. Since May I have been the Chef/Owner of Maestros in downtown Saratoga Springs. Maestros is a small, intimate bistro with exception food, warm and inviting hospitality, and great wine. My life has been dedicated to spreading hospitality to all I meet. See you soon!
